John C Beaumont Earthmoving was established in 1985 by John Beaumont after working as a truck driver and fitter. Initially he purchased a swamp dozer and operated it himself. As demand increased he purchased more equipment and started employing staff.

The company now has over 50 employees and more than 32 years experience delivering a range of earthmoving and excavation services across South East Queensland. John and his team are considered leaders in their field and are sought out by industry professionals for advice on challenging projects where practical know-how and innovative thinking are required to resolve complex site issues.

JCB maintain specialist equipment to tackle any size project and offer highly skilled operators with current industry accreditations to drive productivity and deliver commercial results.

JCB’s clients include mining companies, government utilities, local councils and private landholders. The company’s reputation is built on their solid performance working on major projects with highly regarded industry specialists including geologists, engineers and surveyors. JCB operate primarily in the South East Queensland, Darling Downs and Maranoa/Warrego regions. The company’s head office and workshop are located at Muirlea, near Ipswich. They also maintain a depot at Jondaryan and have mobile mechanics and refuelling services available. The business is equipped with low loaders for quick movement of machinery to job sites. JCB also maintain accounts with multiple hire firms to access back up equipment if required.
